Around the area will be four piles of stones. Walk up to them and use your shovel to collect some loot. Once you've gone through them all, head to the merchant to sell off any junk. You are aiming to get 200 scrap, which is the currency in this game. If you happen to fall short of the 200 goal, head out into the wasteland.


As you move around the wasteland in between fights, your water gauge (located in the bottom right of the screen) will deplete. When it begins to get low head back into the Citadel. To the left of the bridge just above you will be a water silo. Interact with this to refill and sell any junk you get from encounters while you are here. Once you reach the 200 scrap goal, you can purchase the Shoddy Rad Suit from the merchant. Then go into your inventory to equip it (won't be visible on your character when you do).


NOTE: Throughout your travels in the wasteland there is a chance you may encounter traveling vendors. These will trigger similar to random encounters. Traveling vendors generally have very powerful weapons for you to buy. When you encounter one aim to purchase the following for your party


Head back into the basement and return to the Central Complex. Head into the west greenhouse and look for a large terminal in the centre. Examine, then interact with it to install one of the repeater units to hear back from the base. Once you are all done you can leave Ag Centre and return to the wasteland.


Once the Gila Monsters are dead look in the middle of the area to find the remains of a busted robot, examine and use Computer Science on it to retrieve a Synth Part. To the north next to the wall will be a digging spot for some loot. Continue through the area up another slope until you find three named Wreckers called Pole Axe, Dump Star and Pry Bar. Kill all three then interact with the large tower behind them to contact the base. Once this is done you can loot the surrounding containers (one is booby trapped) then leave Highpool and return to the wasteland.


When you're ready to continue, enter the door south of Tan to enter the brig. Speak with Rick Baychowski and ask about the Rad Suits, then offer to free him. Speak to the nearby officer to let him out and he will mark a new location on your map. Then head back into the wasteland to make your way there.


Head into the village and go towards the bar. Along the way you should see a high level fence with an alarm, booby trap and lock. Ignore this door and continue around the side of the building to find a giant power generator. Use Rose to disable the alarm then turn it off. After doing this a Topekan will come to investigate. Kill him then head to the main entrance of the hall and enter.


Outside head to the power generator we had to shut down before. When you reach it walk south-east and you should see a yellow train with Union Pacific on its side. Nearby should be a digging spot and a small item in the corner near it. Pick this up to collect Æthelwulf's Utopia.


Next head to where you first met Scotchmo. Look around the area for a small patch of water with a body nearby and search it for the H.R Star, as well as a log book. Once you have this you can head out to the wasteland. As you leave, Chisel should catch up and ask to join you. Allow him to before dismissing him and getting your main party member back.


Once you return to the wasteland, make your way back to the Citadel. Inside speak with Vargas and hand over the badge and log book we just found. Sell all your junk and weapon parts (remember to keep animal/human items). Speak with Ethil next and hand over the CD-i and Æthelwulf's Utopia to add two unique weapons to the requisition list. Pop into the canteen to report on recruiting Chisel. Then go see Flintlock next, over in the museum and give him the Do Androids Dream book for some cash or XP. Once you have done everything, you can leave the Citadel.


Head inside to find Larry surrounded by hobos wanting to steal from him. Speak with Larry and Scotchmo will defuse the situation for you. Speak to Ivan just left of Larry at a gate and he will ask for help taking care of some badgers. Head through to find a group of six in the farm area. Once they're dead, speak with Ben nearby. If you hand over the juniper berries you can get some XP and a batch of Special Squeezins. Head to the north end of the area through a fence and behind the large building to take out a second group of badgers. Once both groups are dead return to Ivan before leaving for the wasteland.


Head back to the Ranger Citadel. Inside speak with Vargas and tell him Darwin is deserted. Head over to the museum and speak with Flintlock. If you give him the Wasteland disk, you can get a small XP bump and the Wasteland Fan Club Pin. Speak to Dr. Tidemann next and hand over the cure to receive the skill book Grey's Anatomy for the Surgeon skill. With all that done you can head back to the wasteland.


Finally, head down to Jill to report on her cattle for your reward. As you leave you can use Animal Whisper on each of them if you still need that achievement. Once you have done everything head for the nearest exit to the wasteland (ignore Red's complaining if you take the south one).


When you have everything, leave the compound and return to Jobe. Tell him you sorted things out, which will anger him greatly, causing him to run off to attack Danforth (getting himself killed). Once you've done this head out to the wasteland and go to the Citadel. 2ff7e9595c
